Neither let those who pass by them say, ‘The blessing of the LORD be upon you; we bless you in the name of the LORD!’

Psalm 129: 8

Some children of God – we can tell from their life style – don’t look like being members of the divine family because the way they speak and act are quite different from the biblical standard. We need to be joyful, willing and always ready to get a strong message from The Lord across. Even our behaviour has to convey the love of our Father and that’s the way we’ll manage to do good to a countless number of people.

It’s good to always bless people. On occasion, some find themselves going through a trial and when they hear a servant of God blessing them it turns out that the salute of faith lifts them up and then they can attain victory over the evil which might be surrounding them. Now you know that you must never allow the enemy to use you to curse anybody or even to mock the fate of those who – on account of their not being well acquainted with The Word – are used to living their lives according to the devil’s desires.

On the other hand there’s a question yet to be answered: why don’t we minister the blessing considering that all our decisions in The Name of Jesus will be backed up by Him? When a child of God opens up their mouth to determine something they will never miss His mighty support – His support will never fail, not even once, in that case.  The Most High is only expecting us to take our place established in Christ for Him to fulfil His promises. The Almighty’s promises are unfailing. 

Now, we need to pay attention to the way we bless people considering that a blessing without faith is nothing but a salute. As a matter of fact, the message we convey to someone else is to always be by faith which is provided to us through The Scriptures. Well, it’s written that without faith it’s impossible to please God (Hebrews 11: 6). That’s the reason why taking attitudes based on human impulse never pays off! Even though it looks as if the life of someone tormented by an evil spirit might show some improvement at one point it turns out that unless it effectively comes out of their body by the word of faith it’ll come back bringing along seven even worse spirits (Matthew 12: 43 – 45).

Please, notice that the promise made by God can only be effective when we act in The Name of Jesus which gives us the capacity of fulfilling the divine will and demanding evil to beat retreat. Provided we take attitudes in this Name we’ll certainly be answered just like our Master would as if the command was coming from Him personally instead. Whenever we minister The Word of God in The Name of Jesus it turns out that The Most High’s power begins operating just like it used to before – at Christ’s commands here on earth.

The best thing you can ever do to mankind is becoming an instrument of God to plant The Good News everywhere. Those who won’t pay notice to the commands of The Lord will be condemned by the sin of omission just like it happened to the village of Meroz (Judges 5: 23) which did not get involved with the fight God was fighting against the empire of darkness then.

Therefore, you are to always have blessed words on your lips because they’re powerful indeed. It doesn’t matter who you are or what suffering you might be going through; as you give the command in The Name of The Lord you’ll see that you can actually cause the devil to make a run and, thus, the divine work will ultimately be carried out. Our Father is looking for partners who will put into practice His will nowadays.
