All the kings of the earth shall praise You, O LORD, when they hear the words of Your mouth. Yes, they shall sing of the ways of the LORD, for great is the glory of the LORD. Psalm 138.4,5

Everyone who is saved stands out from other people for believing in the work that Jesus did for mankind upon His death. Besides giving us eternal salvation, He has made us kings and priests for God (Revelation 1.6; 5.10). Nothing compares to the doctrine of the Gospel, for it contains the information of utmost importance for everyone (2 Timothy 3.14-17). If something is clearly in the Scriptures, or if it has been revealed by the testimony of the Lord, why not teach it to others? (2 Timothy 2.2).

The Bible says that the kings of the earth will praise God when they hear the words of His mouth. When we read the Bible, the same thing happens to us as it did to those who learned at the feet of Jesus, for the Holy Spirit reveals just as Christ did. If you know a part of the Bible and are satisfied with that, know that as you sit before Christ to learn from Him, you know the Truth, in a way that no one has ever discovered before.

As Christians, we should all sit at the Lord’s feet and ask Him to instruct us in the fulfillment of our task (Luke 10.38-42). As you understand the plan that you will be shown, you will receive not only the wisdom to carry it out, but also the means to do so. The power to carry out your mission comes with the revelation and guidance given by God to those who are willing to make the Truth prevail. He is our Friend!

The kings of the earth are the people who have accepted Jesus as Savior and have begun to do the same works that He did (John 14.12). They carry out the divine purpose, so the Most High will honor them by fulfilling what they have understood and taken possession of, asserting their rights. Therefore, be alert to the Lord’s commands. Thus, your life will be an instrument in the Father’s hands. By understanding the Word, you reign!

The Christian needs to understand well the divine will and besides fulfilling it, sing the most beautiful hymns about the ways of the Almighty. God is calling the people He has already chosen to compose His ministry today. They come from all over the earth to join us and stand firm in their calling. Out of their mouths will come praises about God’s ways. Get ready to be used!

Why did David say that the kings of the earth would praise the Lord and sing about His ways? Because the glory of the Father is great. In fact, it is infinitely greater than we think. When it is revealed to someone, if he believes, he will be used in an amazing way. This does not mean that he will be part of the group of shepherds. He can continue in his profession and be an active servant of God!

The psalmist declared that the glory of the Lord is great, greater than can be measured, calculated, or imagined (1 Corinthians 2.9). God wants to show it to you, so that you will be the person He has envisioned. It doesn’t matter if you have never dreamed of working in God’s work. His plan for your life will be fulfilled to the letter; just believe and walk by faith!
