In this verse, the prophet Isaiah brings a message to the people who live in our midst and act as unions. There are groups made up of businessmen, employees, housewives, teachers, students, professionals, teachers, and workers, among others. All need to understand the divine plan for mankind. If they do not hear the Word of the Lord, faith will not operate in their lives.
The church needs to pay attention to this, because in it, there are different individuals who need to be taught how to grow in Christ. They must receive instruction separately, for perhaps a more educated one will not be subject to the kind of teaching that the less educated will receive. All islands – groups of people – must listen to the Lord; after all, with every passing minute, the return of Jesus draws nearer. Surely, if it were to happen now, many would be lost forever. Mercy!
Those who are far from God, even if some are preachers and good church members, if they don’t mend their ways, will be excluded from the group of people who will ascend with the Master (Hebrews 12.14). They will only hear the Word if we are able to proclaim it at their level. It is one thing to participate in church services, but it is another thing to minister the New Testament message to the lost, who, by the way, need this teaching so much.
The prophet is speaking as if he were the Savior himself, stating that the Lord called him from his mother’s womb. This shows that God knows everyone in the smallest details. When we examine our tiny origin, when there was the fertilization of the ovum by the spermatozoon by which we were born, the Most High already knew what we would be or what we would lack at birth. He looked at that shapeless mass and saw all that we are or will be until the last moment on Earth (Psalm 139.13-16).
Sometimes, many show themselves to be good Christians, but in truth, they are far from the Kingdom of Heaven. If they continue like this, they will never be saved. That is why it is necessary to have a greater assistance from God, so that we can transmit the Truth to them. Those who follow Jesus from afar, in the hour of trial, will act like Peter, who followed Him, but after His arrest – categorically denied Him (Matthew 26.58,74). Whoever is far from the Lord is close to the devil!
God has seen us from our mothers womb, places that cannot even be seen without the help of a good microscope. Since He is Omniscient and has foreknowledge, nothing can remain hidden from His eyes (Hebrews 4.13). As soon as He saw us, He already blessed us. That is why, today, we are in His Kingdom, seeking to know His will. Don’t stop seeking the Most High. Without Him, you can do nothing. Believe and trust in God’s kind heart.
Seeing you at the beginning of your life, when it would still take nine months to develop into the person you are now, the Lord made mention of your name. So, surrender your way to Christ, who says: For I know the thoughts that I think of you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you the end you hope for (Jeremiah 29.11).
In Christ, with love,

Lord, who sees and helps! We admire and thank You for the care and love You have given us since our conception. Your blessing is all we needed to get here and will be for centuries to come!
Help us to take the message of the Gospel to the islands around us. The lost need to be reached where they live, so that they can learn to take hold of the blessing purchased by Your Son. Then they will be saved!
We are thankful that You have made mention of our name, by which we are known of Your power. So, we have come to this point, but in order to continue to belong to You, we must say yes to Your invitation to draw near to You, for we are tired and oppressed. Relieve us, Father!
