Many sorrows shall be to the wicked; but he who trusts in the LORD, mercy shall surround him.

Psalm 32: 10

If the wicked pondered a bit on what is to come against them – not only after their death but even in this life – they’d start fearing The Lord and a series of problems would be avoided; hindrances altogether strange to those who serve God in Spirit and truth. Failing to pay heed to the divine voice can act like an open door to all the wicked forces.

If people had a second thought they’d avoid falling into the temptation of not listening to The Most High’s directions considering that we have biblical stories in which people despised the divine directions and they ended up in a dreadful situation. Let’s take, for instance, Saul who should have become a good king but on account of his excesses and his own will he eventually lost the command of the people of God which culminated in his death, a quite horrible one (I Chronicles 10: 4, 13).

God will never let Himself be lured by those who insist on perpetrating wrongdoing. Even before someone thinks they might lose their position, the Almighty already has prepared a better post for that person. The truth is that those who go against the divine plans will never succeed whatever the case. The heart of the wicked finds no basis on which to stand.

The Bible warns us of the fact that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Hebrews 10: 31) but many are lured by the enemy and think they are special. They get to the point of believing that they won’t be caught or that they’ll get away with their sins. Now, a transgression caused by someone, whoever they might be, will be made notorious even though the one who’s committing it might be, at that point, greatly used by The Most High. Iniquity cancels one’s dreams and the worst is that it writes one’s name off in The Heavens.

Those who trust in The Lord shall be surrounded by His mercy twenty four hours a day. Even though the enemy might be masterminding his evil schemes against the children of God we have to remember that God knows very well his intentions and He will certainly protect His beloved ones. There’s not the slightest possibility for the devil to reach those who are benefited by such kind act of The Omnipotent. The servants of The Most High will always be sheltered and kept safe and sound.

Our God’s mercy permeates through all of His works; it capacitates us spiritually and it helps us never to sink in the deep waters of the most dreadful assaults of our adversary. It has already been granted to us and because it’s a divine gift it will never be taken from us. We only have to believe and never give up on what belongs to us.

Don’t let yourself be deceived by the devil. The Most High has already poured out His mercy upon your life. Don’t swap the protection of such divine gift for anything. The message conveyed to you by The Lord is infallible considering that it is part of the very essence of God. Those who have conquered such protection will never lose any battle. So, do surround yourself by the mercy of God!

In Christ, with love,
