O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water.

Psalm 63:1

The psalmist says in the verse above that the Lord is his God. Well, it’s always good to bear in mind that He is a mighty God, which means He’s sovereign over all battles. With the Most High by your side the enemy cannot defeat you because in all battles the hellish powers are always put to shame and overcome. Thus, those who have the Almighty on their side can go confidently into any battle knowing they’ll come out victorious.

When prophet Isaiah foresaw the birth of the Son of God in our midst, he said that one of His Names would be Mighty God (Isaiah 9:6); after all, He came as such to deliver us from the empire of darkness. Oftentimes, when we think of those people who are suffering the ones that spring to mind are those who attend witchcraft meetings. But as a matter of fact, all those who don’t repent of their errors are partakers of the kingdom of evil.

Nowadays, many “people of God” are entangled in lies or in other deceptions such as dishonesty, adultery and drunkenness, however they don’t know or they are not willing to admit that they’re under the sway of the devil and that they could get rid of all that if only they believed that the Lord Jesus is the Mighty God referred to by Isaiah; a God who could and can deliver them from any bondage.

The prophet went further to say that the rest of the children of Israel – those who would be called by the Lord – would turn to Him. For that reason there’s no way for the devil to keep in his claws someone who belongs to God. We surrender ourselves to God who has all power in the Heavens and on earth. Therefore, this is the Good News we have to preach to all those who have been dominated by sin: believe it because your God is the Mighty God. 

Just as the Most High did to those who served Him in the past He’ll do in your life. So if you have been dominated by any sin, you can get ready to be delivered. Your Lord is the God who has never been defeated and He has the necessary skills to free you from the enemy’s evil deeds. He’s sufficiently strong and powerful to break down all those fetters holding you down in addictions and in the works of the darkness.

So do not let the enemy deceive you any longer. He’ll only triumph over your life if you are in sin. However, if you confess your errors to the Lord right now and ask Him for forgiveness you’ll be completely delivered. Even if people say you’ll never get out of the messy situation in which you may find yourself now, this is not true.

Don’t lose your salvation and don’t live under condemnation. The Lord is the Mighty God of the lives of those who honestly invoke Him. He’s capable enough of granting you freedom from now on. Therefore, take advantage of this offer, cry out for the divine help and be delivered right now.
