Indeed, You have made my days as handbreadths, and my age is as nothing before You; Certainly every man at his best state is but vapor. (Selah) Psalm 39.5

Many people seem very firm in what they believe, but they still don’t really know the Lord. That’s why we need to go to them and teach them the Truth. Even though they seem capable and ready to do whatever comes their way, they are not interested in knowing where the work comes from: from God or from the devil. The worst thing is when they help evil without realizing it. When the evil one attacks them, who will they turn to? Our mission is to seek the word of faith from Heaven to introduce them to Christ.

On the other hand, our stay on Earth is short, and we shouldn’t give way to vanity, hatred and other unholy attitudes. Those who don’t know the Lord, as the Bible teaches, don’t know the risk they run without Heaven’s protection. While life goes by and everything is going well, the lost despise their Creator. However, as the rain falls on the good and the bad (Matthew 5.45), the day will come when these people will weep tears of blood.

The psalmist said that we were made in handbreadths, cycles that cover the years from our birth, through the stages of life, until death. These periods are important, but if the Word is not our arbiter, what will we present on the Day of Final Judgment? That’s why we must strive not to fall into temptation. In we make a mistake, we must quickly make amends with God so that we won’t be punished (1 John 1:9)

The years that are numbered for us to live on the face of the Earth are as nothing before the Lord, because He is eternal. But here’s the good news: we will also be eternal, if we just get it right with our Father and persevere in the salvation that has come to us (Matthew 24:13). Many people turn to sin and thereby lose the right to go to heaven, because they haven’t made amends. The rebellious will repent when it’s too late, like the foolish virgins (Matthew 25.1-13). Take care!

God knows no failure. When He enters the battle to help and deliver us, we can believe that we will be victorious. Don’t be taken in by any lie from the enemy, because all he wants to do is lead you astray. The evil one has done this to many people. Anyone who wants to love life and be happy should do this: He who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit (1 Peter 3.10).

Why live in vanity when we will be brought before the judgment seat of Christ, where we will receive the reward for our deeds on Earth? (Romans 14.10). Some will truly and completely fulfill the number of years they were programmed for; others, because of their mistakes, will have their days cut short: For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body according to what he has done, whether good or bad (2 Corinthians 5:10). Consecrate yourself!

People will leave before their days are completed because they haven’t learned to believe in the Most High. When they face bad situations, their lives will be cut short. Nothing equals faith in Christ. Whoever has it will have their life extended for the glory of the Lord!
