Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

Isaiah 55:7

The Lord is always good. He never takes action like men, who many times wish the worst for someone who acts badly. On the contrary: he waits patiently for the return of those who turn their backs to Him. He knows how much these people are suffering, and how they could suffer for all eternity. That is why He orders us to preach the Gospel to all creatures in season and out of season (2 Timothy 4:2).

Christ has paid a high price to rescue us from the enemy`s hands. From His part, there is nothing else to be done in order to rescue those who madly go to destruction. All who want eternal salvation must confess with their mouth that Jesus is their Savior, believing in their heart to be saved (1 John 4:15). The divine patience awaits that everybody would do this.

The wicked are those who know salvation, but despise the celestial gift, and live as they didn’t know the truth. There is a doctrine that preaches that “once saved, forever saved”. This is a lie. The Master declared that only those who endure to the end shall be saved (Mark 13:13). Therefore, if you were ever deceived by this lie, open your eyes while you still have time and don’t receive anything that goes against God´s Word anymore.

Evil people think only about themselves and how to accomplish their goals; they don’t care if it’s going to harm someone. Because of their selfishness, they are included in a group of people that are not going to inherit the Kingdom of God: fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, homosexuals, sodomites, thieves, covetous, drunkards, revilers and extortioners (1 Corinthians 6:10). If you are a part of this list, adjust your life with God.

The escape to flee from eternal suffering is conversion – changing the direction. Even if someone has a small number of faults, if they don’t get converted, they will perish like the worst men. There is no middle term: either we are born again and accomplish the Word of God, or we will be lost forever (John 3:3). The choice we make here determines where we are going to be for eternity.

He who gets converted has his sins forgiven and passes from death into life. (John 5:24). Just like Joseph, who fled from temptation in Egypt, believers must avoid sin. But if you think the Most High is not going to be inflexible, you will discover that your rebellion has condemned you to destruction.

Think about this: the Father is great in forgiveness. Therefore, pay attention to your faults, even the ones that are hidden; talk to God and to the people you betrayed, stole, or hurt in any way. It doesn’t matter the price you will have to pay. There will be no compassion on the judgment day.

In Christ, with love,
