Offer to God thanksgiving, And pay your vows to the Most High. Psalm 50:14

In the Old Testament, animal sacrifice to appease and to please the Almighty was a common practice. In the New Testament, this practice no longer exists.  Even in the Old Covenant, the Lord used to say that the offering most pleasing to Him was a contrite and faithful heart.  Some people were taught to make other sacrifices to obtain His approval, but this is not recommended in the Gospels. The Most High only desires that we believe in His word.

In the Law of Moses, the sacrifice of animals symbolized the Lamb of God that would take away the sin of the world.  Those libations would only cover the sins and offenses of the people but they did not remove them. The blood of Jesus Christ that was shed at the cross of Calvary sealed our position before the Omnipotent. Whoever believes in what He did for all humanity, receiving and taking Him as their Lord and Savior, receives the forgiveness and is freed from eternal condemnation.

By spilling His precious blood, Christ met all the suffering requirement of sacrifice or payment of guilt for all of humanity. God wills that man believes in what was done for him.  Often times, the preachers diminish the divine grace, speaking of things that do not come from Above. They create absurd demands for people to obtain salvation. However, the Bible say that if we only call on or invoke the Name of Jesus, we will be saved.  

As we praise and glorify the Lord for His goodness, we please Him and revelations that change people’s lives are then opened up.  You are in your best moment. By giving ear to the Word, you are freed from the coming wrath and reconciled to the Heavens. Your prayers will be accepted by Him who has the power to answer you.

Carry out your promise before the Father and do not sin again. Consecrate and dedicate yourself to be an instrument in favor of people who suffer in the hands of the devil. This does not involve sacrifice, because with God’s help, you give your command and His power comes into action and fulfills your will. Don’t delay in claiming what is yours.

The institution of the vow is sacred because as you vow and accomplish it, you come into closeness and intimacy with the Omnipotent which will result in unimaginable blessings. If the desire to place a vow came from the Most High, then He will grant you the conditions to fulfill it. So that this can be, keep watch and remain alert and available for the divine works.

Whoever does not pay his vow is a fool, for one does not play with God; as a man sows he will certainly reap.  Keeping your word with the Father you reach the position He expects in order for you to be helped.  Don’t ever feel pressured to promise something, but if the Holy Spirit indicates, then, obey Him!  Commit yourself and wait for His help.  Halleluiah!
