Go up to the mountains and bring wood and build the temple, that I may take pleasure in it and be glorified, says the LORD.  Haggai 1.8

The Kingdom of God has been established on the top of the mountains, above all knowledge of man and all difficulty in finding the Lord. It is not by force of thought or human effort that we will find Him, but by the revelation of His Word. The person who seeks the Truth will find it, but whoever trusts in preconceived ideas will fail. It is good to ask where is God, our Maker (Job 35:10).

We will face temptations and adversities that will prevent us from going up to the place where love, peace and holiness reign. But we cannot stop, for we have a mission: to reach the Kingdom of the Lord. Only those who are born again (John 3.3,5) will be able to see Him and enter Heaven, because His dimension is spiritual. The rebellious will never see God´s greatness, for they are destined to eternal punishment.

In walking with Jesus, the important thing is for us to be in Him and His words to be in us (John 15:7). For this to happen, we have to go towards the highest peak, for there the Kingdom of Heaven has been established. Then we will take the woods that He gives us and bring them to build His house. After salvation, it is necessary to seek the “woods” in order that your life may be erected as the Father desires. Each saved person is a particular church.

In the construction of our being, the temple of the Holy Spirit, we have to reach for the Rock, so that the building will stand firm when facing adversity, such as persecutions, difficulties with unbelievers and sinners disguised as saints. Christ will come to dwell in the hearts that receive Him as Savior. By surrendering to the Master, they receive the power to become children of the Most High (John 1:12). Believe!

When the house is edified, we will see the Lord rejoicing, sending us His blessings and giving us what we need to do His work. When God is pleased with His children, He fulfills their desire (Psalms 20:5). You cannot compare the person who practices the Word with the religious person. The latter is not interested in knowing what belongs to them in Christ. That is why they are always wishing, but never get what they desire.

Glorifying the Father is more than just giving hallelujahs, speaking in tongues and worshiping Him. All that is good and healthy, but the worship He seeks is in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). When the Comforter operates in your life, the Most High will be magnified. Perseveringly seek your place in the Kingdom; after all, He planned your salvation.

The Master summarized how to proceed in order to praise the Father in the Son: And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (John 14.13). In Greek, the language in which the New Testament was written, to ask means to claim what the Word says about your life, as a child of God. Obey God’s guidance!
