18/04/2023 - REACHES THE HIGHEST CLOUDS

Your mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. Psalm 36.5

All that can be said about the ‘Most High’ will not be explained as it should be, for as the Creator, His capacity far exceeds that of men to describe perfectly the Lord’s ability. However, as we meditate on what the Bible reveals about Him, we will learn a great deal about the Being who planned and brought us to life. In the salvation provided by Jesus, we will always be safe by believing what God has done for us (2 Timothy 1.12).

If we could gather the power to create mankind in one person, we could not even compare it to the Lord’s. God surpasses everything we have ever seen or imagined about Him (Isaiah. 40:11-18). The Father is love, truth and will never change. Even if we have given a bad testimony of our faith, He continues to love us, because He cannot deny Himself (2 Timothy 2.13). The Word says: But he who endures to the end shall be saved (Matthew 24.13).

The Lord’s mercy is everlasting; it is renewed every morning (Lamentations 3.22,23). It is far beyond the devil’s desires for God to change His actions towards us. Such a change will never happen. Once we belong to the heavenly Father, our name will never be taken off or erased from His record (John 10.27-29). Because of God’s mercy and love, we can be a part of the work accomplished on Calvary’s cross. Lift up your head, believe in Jesus and continue loving Him!

The Lord is known for all the good that He is and possesses. Now, when it comes to His faithfulness, the human ear has heard practically nothing about it. God has no impediment to do what is necessary, and He will never leave or forsake us (Hebrews 13.5b,6). God’s love is the only love we can always count on, for it will never be changed or run out. Whoever accepts Jesus as Savior finds goodness and divine pleasure.

In the Scriptures, there are many amazing testimonies and each one better than the other, but the sum of all that the Almighty has done is still little to compare with His faithfulness. The heavenly Father will never fail to honor what His lips have said, so we come before Him to use the power of His Name. God will always honor His promises, for He is faithful. The ability of the Sovereign of Heaven and Earth cannot be disputed. He is tremendous in power!

Unless Christians grow in their understanding of who God’s servants are and what they have done in the past, they will not be able to go beyond what we have seen in our midst. The Father desires for us a confidence greater than fear. Otherwise, we will not be able to advance in faith in Christ. Believing in the Lord is like riding a bicycle; if we stop, we have to get off. Check how you have been walking before Him.

Paul greatly increased the divine operations in his ministry by believing that all that was shown to him in the Scriptures was meant for him. God was working in his days, because the apostle was bold in fulfilling the command received from Heaven. To the unbelieving brethren, who call themselves Christians, I advise: rethink the kind of faith you have placed in the Savior.

In Christ, with love,

R. R. Soares

Beloved God! The more we learn from You, the more excited we become about the revelations of Your Word. With this, we are willing to apply faith in our daily lives. Then we will see the works that Jesus did repeated in us!

We want to grow in Biblical understanding, so that we can live Your mercy and Your faithfulness, which are indispensable to our success. We want to love You so that no work of the enemy will prosper against us and Your people!

Your faithfulness reaches the highest clouds of testimonies and promises. Then we will remain steadfast in the purpose of doing Your will. Look at us, giving us the Word that does not return empty! We are grateful that You make us understand Your plan!
