In the biblical context, a godly person is someone who is dedicated to doing God’s will, without any interest in profit or recognition. This virtue is available to everyone, but only those who truly love the Lord act in this way. Now, in the world, what is worth more and more is getting rich, without considering the brevity of life (1 Timothy 6:6-10). Anyone who doesn’t practice the love of heaven misses out on the opportunity to please God and be blessed by Him. Watch, pray and enjoy!
No matter what plans the devil has hatched against your life, the Most High will never let temptation succeed against you. That must always be in your heart! Unfortunately, most people prefer to comply with the evil one, thinking it’s easy to ask for forgiveness afterwards and then receive it. However, this is not always the case (Hebrews 10:26-31). Those who follow God’s Word will certainly avoid being condemned to eternal torment. It’s good to walk by faith!
Someone may pay for witchcraft works aimed at wiping you or a family member out, but that shouldn’t bother you, because evil works won’t prosper against your home and your people. Hold fast to the declarations of the Most High, and your life will be like a tree planted by streams of water. Although the land is dry, nothing bad will happen to you (Jeremiah 17:8). God has called you to be a blessing to all!
Balak, king of Moab, managed to hire Balaam, the peddler prophet, to curse the children of Israel. But the prophet spoke: For there is no sorcery against Jacob, nor any divination against Israel; it now must be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘Oh, what God has done!’ (Numbers 23.23). So, it will be with every servant of the Lord who is pious and righteous. Persevere in following Christ, for that is your lot!
The same is not true for the lost. Without faith in the Lord, they will fall victim to works done in darkness. Many people are oppressed by these devices, but if they call on the Name of Jesus, everything will fall apart. Be firm in God and you will see that the Name of Christ will be enough to free you from any kind of invocation by evil spirits. Take care of yourself!
Who are the unrighteous? They are those who know the Word, know that it is the Lord’s way of delivering man from evil deeds, but because they like the sins that God abhors, they turn away and don’t want to return to the path of goodness. They are unjust to themselves and to the Most High, who has made them powerful promises. Meditate on the part of the Bible that caught your attention and see how much it can do for you and your loved ones. Believe, receive and live!
The apostle Peter deals with two things that God knows how to do very well. The first one: He delivers the pious from temptation, and the second one: He reserves the unrighteous for the Judgment, which will be at the end of time, to be punished. Mercy for the person who lives far away and outside the divine presence should be the reason for our prayers, because they don’t know how much they will suffer!

God, who delivers us from temptation! You deliver and protect us from temptation. We need Your security, because the enemy insists on making Your people think that they won't be freed from his traps and enlightened by You!
We want to be free from bad thoughts, sins and lack of love for others. We must remain in Your presence, close to You! Then we will be the blessing You have planned for us!
Let the pious be reserved for good works, so that the unrighteous do not give themselves to evil! Man's rebellion makes the fear of the Most High frighten him. But by drawing close to You, one discovers how easy it is to walk with You, O beloved Father!
