And said: “O Lord God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You? 2 Chronicles 20:6

While praying before the people, King Jehoshaphat showed the kind of faith he had in God. It wasn’t a weak faith, created by the human mind, but a revelation from the Holy Spirit. It was through this faith that the king began to prevail. You shall also triumph if, when you are praying under divine guidance, you pay attention to that which is being ministered unto you. Seek from the Almighty the moment to cry out according to His will.

In addition to having provoked the zeal of the Lord, asking if He was really the King of Heavens, the king stated that the Highest One dominated over all the kingdoms of men. He who dominates can give an ending to the evil standings that come to undo the divine promises. Therefore, Jehoshaphat was seeking help against those who wished to give an end to him and his people. He knew he would walk out with the answer from the Omnipotent. 

A person who obtains the anointing to pray correctly, when they finish crying out to the Lord, they must believe that prayer has been answered. Regardless of the problem, when the person exposes their faith in the Lord, not only will they be heard by Him, but they will also achieve divine cooperation. From that moment on, the evil that once tormented the person will become bygones. It is impossible to be defeated when we pray under God’s inspiration. He is the one who gives the seed, as well as the fruit. It is only a matter of time and faith.

Now, Jehoshaphat acted live David, his great-grandfather and, because of that, he would be answered in the same way. In truth, he who acts in the same way will receive the same treatment; after all, the Lord does not show partiality (Romans 2.11). Whoever does not make use of the goodness of God loses the great opportunity of living like a conqueror. Why should you be defeated and show off that title forever? Lord, have mercy!

The important thing is to bring God into action, causing Him to move for you. When He acts in favor of a person, the person will never lose a battle. If Jehoshaphat and the people stayed quiet, the enemy would end up victorious; however, because the King relied on the Scriptures, the Most High promptly came to his aid. It is not necessary to say that the evil confederation was defeated. The Lord is strong!

What will be written about you? Did God fail you, or have you been failing and therefore “preventing” the hands of the Most High to work? Do not wait to act or cry out to the One who can and finds pleasure in helping you. If you leave it for later, it can be too late. This is the time for the children of the Most High to seek God with all of their heart, to praise the Lord and rebuke the enemy. Let us act like this!

The Ruler of all kingdoms of men wants to hear from you, and He will start acting. While asking for something, do so wholeheartedly, and then believe that you have been answered. Everyone who has prayed correctly was answered and became victorious.
