And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 8:11

The importance of acting by faith is greater than we think. We usually only see what we think is good or can solve our problems. The act of obeying the Lord – and therefore moving by faith – will cause us not to be confused, but succeed in the fulfillment of our duty. Frustration happens when we fail to do what God commanded us.  Those who obey win!

The Most High is faithful and true. He will give people the opportunity to hear His Word and convert. Then it will be necessary for them to have certain attitudes in order not to lose the right to go to Heaven. We are like a young man passing the selection to be a police officer. Although you have good intentions and are physically and psychologically fit, you will need to learn several things inherent to this function.

It doesn´t matter who you are, your origin and what you have done. God gives you the condition to be born again (John 3: 3-6). When the old things pass, you will enter a whole new world. Those who accept Jesus’ offer to come to Him to be relieved of their burdens (Matthew 11:28) are to sit at the feast of the promises and savor the food placed there for their good.

The table of blessings is set, waiting for those who believe in the Gospel – in the Good News of what Jesus did for us. He who accepts the new Covenant of God made with men receives the power (the right) to become His son (John 1:12). But if he does not assume or stops using it to transform his life, not persevering in following the Savior, he will suffer great loss, as if he had no support from Heaven!

Why not sit down with the patriarchs of faith if you have nothing to lose? Whoever fails to take their place in Christ loses the chance to solve the daily problems of life and, in addition, misses the chances of not being condemned to eternal torment. Where will you go if only Jesus can save you? Take a stand now.

To sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob means that the achievements of these men in faith in God will be available to you, and that is no small thing. The Israelites exchanged the divine promises for something worthless, that´s why they had the form of worshipers of God, but not the essence. The Savior said: Without me you can do nothing (John 15: 5). Enjoy the divine offer and be happy!

By taking your place in the yoke of Jesus, you will walk side by side with Him. Your problems will seem much easier than before. With a simple and powerful command given in the Name of the Lord, all evils will leave, and the power of God will protect you in your journey.
