And He spoke a parable to them: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch?  Luke 6.39

The Bible isn’t a scientific book, neither a compendium of moral patterns, although what it states doesn’t contain any mistake that allows the scientists to contradict it, considering it worthless or insignificant, nor the most rigid moralism of a people to condemn it, judging it weak or negligent. It is the Creator´s Manual about how to proceed in everything. Those who follow the teachings in it will never stumble.

Those who don’t know the Truth are no use as guide to anyone. After all, how can they guide anybody if they don’t have a clear vision of that Truth? So, we must know our leaders very well, how they live, in what they believe and what they practice. During our journey, without a doubt, we will face situations in which, if we are not steady in faith in Jesus, we will stumble, since the enemy is willing to offer us everything.

The person who hasn’t had a new birth yet is not free and, so, he or she doesn’t have conditions to keep steady under the attack of the wicked one. It is almost impossible for her to live in holiness, if she doesn’t have the fear of God in her heart. Well, he who doesn’t have the direction of the Lord is like a blind, and if he is going to guide another blind in a way that he doesn’t know, they will both fall into a ditch. Light only comes with the conversion.

The fall can be mortal, or at least bring a sequel. There aren’t few who can’t express themselves in the Name of Jesus due to accidents they had during their spiritual journey. They got carried away by someone who didn’t have total respect towards the Word and, so, acted wrongly in the past and are ashamed today. The one who learns with he who has the mind corrupted can risk the own vision.

It doesn’t matter who is the person who comes to allow what the Word doesn’t, don’t accept such doctrine. If you do what she teaches, it will be all your fault. Now, he who makes a little one who believes in God stumble will have the worst condemnation. The devil has prepared many situations to corrupt the little ones in faith and, now, seeks someone who can teach them to others so that they get lost forever.

The best thing is to run away from the evil proposals, although it may seem to be a simple task. What doesn’t have biblical basis comes from the wicked one. We are made sons of God to announce the virtue of our Father. He who doesn’t watch out while in the position of son of the Most High doesn’t know how much he or she is losing, because when despising the gift of God, he or she will be without protection.

It doesn’t matter your age, or how long you have walked with Jesus. Be aware of one thing: the enemy will fight to beat you down. He who stands before God must watch, pray and fight not to fall (1 Co 10.12). The one who falls into sin not only ruins his own soul, but also the soul of the person who mirrored in him or learned from him.
