Sing to the LORD a new song, and His praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you coastlands and you inhabitants of them! Isaiah 42.10

When we pay attention to what the Lord says concerning us, we feel comforted. Because he is our Creator, he knows exactly the capacity of our structure and he continues to love us even when we do things that displease him. The important thing is to prevent fear from entering our hearts. The Lord will always treat us with love, compassion and kindness, and he will never give up on us, because we are his creation.

Do not despise the promises that the Father has given you, because they reveal the Almighty God’s dreams and love for you. Even if you have done things that displease him, he will continue to warn you and to show you that turning away from him is not worth it, because the devil walks about like a roaring lion, waiting for that to happen to enter your life and destroy it (1Peter 5.8). So it is crucial that you heed what God tells you, and then you will feel comforted.

The Lord knows all things about humanity; after all, it was him who created man from dust. He also knows our capacity to resist temptation. When one of his children falls, the Father becomes sad, but, at the same time, he enters into action to help his child get up. The love of God is just waiting for you to keep his commandments in order to intervene and act on your behalf.

The devil knows the damage fear causes in people, so he “paints the picture” as ugly as possible. It is important that you never believe anything revealed to you outside the Word of God, because it is a lie of the evil one. You must understand that, if you take your eyes off that which the Lord has revealed to you, you will go through hardship. In addition, despising the Bible is the most foolish thing anyone can do (Proverbs 19.16).

Our Father will never stop loving us. Despite our mistakes, he will use all compassion to show us that, far from his arms, we will feel only the hatred from the enemy. The Lord is full of compassion, forgiving and ready to forget the sins of those who put their trust in his words (Psalm 78.38). So this is your way out: trust in that which the Lord makes you understand from the Scriptures.

We are the Lord’s beloved children, and he tells us he has chosen us (John 15.16). And since we were chosen by him who is perfect, what else could we need? We can rest assured that our Father will never forsake us. Even if you have gone too far, come back to the Lord right now. Be certain that, for each step you take towards him, he will take another to meet you, and this is happening right now.
