You number my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle; are they not in Your book? Psalm 56:8

It is amazing how God takes care of us, even of the things that seem too simple or meaningless. For Him, everything that happens to us is as if it were happening inside His body, and He had a device to examine every fraction of a second. Paul the apostle said: for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring’ (Acts 17:28).

Can you imagine what God is like? No! How can He be so great and perfect as to examine the thoughts of everyone in the world, even if it is a daydream? You see, we are already almost eight billion people! But if we were eight trillion, the Lord’s capacity would be the same. In another passage, David spoke of the Most High like this: Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? (Psalm 139:7).

People who love God are amazed at what they discover about Him, His love and other attributes (Romans 11:33-36). Imagine what we will be like when we are in Heaven, knowing Him as we are known by Him (1 Corinthians 13:12). There are many blessings about our Father that we need to experience here, and all of them are well stored in the Scriptures. To walk with God is to participate daily in great surprises.

He counts and records every thought of ours. “Wait a minute,” someone might say, “He does that? So, I’m in trouble!”. Yes, if you are one of those who continually imagines immoral or evil things about anybody, seek the Lord, for the enemy has decided to knock you out of your position in Christ. Now, He is powerful to rebuke this evil and put productive and wholesome thoughts in your mind. Amen?

Daydreaming are those reveries, which you imagine to be real. Once the Lord records them, we must rebuke them, lest we fall into Satan’s clutches. Imagining according to the revelation of the Word will make you find solutions to your problems and to those of your beloved ones. This is not being a visionary, but rather a programmer of resources that puts an end to evil and opens the door to good.

Another fact is the tears shed in the Lord´s presence, which He puts in His bottle. We can understand that He has such a bottle for each one of us. Even to store the so-called “crocodile tears”, which, before killing its prey, cries for what it is about to do, but does so anyway. God answers us every time we pour ourselves into His most holy presence. He deserves our love!

Besides gathering them, the Father puts them in His book. Now, what is this book that contains all the tears and daydreaming of everyone from the past, the present and the future?! Don’t play with the Lord! Love Him with all your heart! He is much greater than our futile thinking can reach, and He wants to be your God. Why not accept Him? Do it now!
