O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory.

Psalm 63:1-2

The Lord is a mighty God, the One who can do all things. It is important to regard Him as such and not as a helpless entity who can do nothing on behalf of His children. Once you get this mindset, you won’t think twice when trials come your way; rather, you’ll readily leave for battle in the Name of Jesus and return victorious and joyful. However, if your faith is imperfect, the enemy will make you tremble and cringe in fear.

We must seek the Most High eagerly, hoping we’ll have our needs met. Therefore, regardless of any devilish threats, with our mighty God on our side we will be blessed. If you seek the Lord as soon as an ordeal comes up, you’ll manage to get rid of it way before any evil strikes you.

The best time to find the Almighty is when the soul yearns for Him, for the desire to seek Him comes from the action of the Holy Spirit in us. So, when we listen to Him – our Father, the mighty God – we will be equipped to solve the problems that plague us. Simply follow what the Word says, pray with faith and believe. He who exerts his rights in God will never be ashamed.

We should not stop seeking the Lord until we see His full ability in action, for there are no such things as hindrances for Him. If the Father hasn’t done more wonders in our midst it is because we do not seek Him with all our heart. Biblical examples show that there is no task hard enough for God to perform, but they also show that if we are not strong in faith, we cannot see His moving.

When all else fails or when we are like dry land, cracked by lack of water, we must turn our eyes to God and beg for His help. In fact, the Scriptures show what He can do for us. The Lord will surely come to our aid as long as the path is open for Him to act, and this happens when we believe wholeheartedly in the guidelines of His word.

Besides, the objective of our search for God must be to find His might and glory and once we’re clothed with them we can leave for battle with the certainty that we will come out victorious. None of God’s children have been predestined to suffering but rather to partake of the Lord Jesus’ glory. As a result, the things He could do we can also do.

So do not lose the divine enlightenment that you obtained when you heard a sermon or read the Bible because it is God’s voice speaking to you, and it has the power to fulfill what it promised. Remember that you are responsible for making your blessing become reality.

In Christ with love,
