So the wall was finished on the twenty-fifth day of Elul, in fifty-two days. And it happened, when all our enemies heard of it, and all the nations around us saw these things, that they were very disheartened in their own eyes; for they perceived that this work was done by our God.

Nehemiah 6: 15, 16

The work that The Lord has directed us to do will not be fulfilled if we pay heed to the enemy’s threats. Though being defeated by us through Jesus, the devil knows that some people do not have that strong belief in The Words of The Scriptures and, having that in mind, he struggles not to give in because then he may keep on oppressing many people.

Our God knows beforehand all those elements we will need the most – from the necessary wisdom to fulfil His work to the Shelter we need to face our adversary and his satanic plans. Regardless of the devil attacking your health, your family or your assets you have the power to resist him (James 4: 7). Therefore, do not give any room to the devil, prevent him to take over any area of your life.

Nehemiah and his people fought the good fight during fifty two days and, as always, Satan ended up losing. In your case, those fifty two days may actually last longer, I mean months or even years. Even though, for those who trust in The Lord the day of their victory will come and then, with a sense of accomplishment in their face, they will say: “I was not intimidated! I fought with the weapons of righteousness and I won!” Strive for that to become a reality in your living.

As a result of the perseverance of those servants of God, the enemies of the Israelites heard The Good News of what the people of The Lord had done and, then, they feared. Our adversaries will always be put to shame considering that, under any circumstances, they will never be able to steal our joy of praising The Most High for the work He has allowed us to do. Never give up nor let pessimism get into your heart! Take an attitude and be victorious!

Those who do not serve God look at us with fear and, when they realize that our Father is indeed fighting on our behalf, they are terrified and despair can be seen in their own eyes. Of course our attitudes regarding them must be that of love considering that we are not aiming at humiliating anybody, but showing them that, in The Lord, they can also be blessed.

May all the saved – and the sinners as well – recognize that The Almighty One does operate in your life. That occurring, you will be getting straight into the point concerning the fulfilment of the will of God; after all, He wants His people strong, prosperous, holy and always well-successful.

Your victory will be one of the greatest and best messages that the lost might ever receive. Do to perfection the divine work and then, on The Great Day, the righteous Judge will grant you the crown of justice which is already prepared and kept safe and sound to be handed out to you. Never say that you will not be able to make it. Pray and the threats will cease fot God will always be with those who trust in Him!
