19/07/2013 - THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE RIGHTEOUS AND THE WICKED

Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him, for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

Isaiah 3:10-11

The righteous will always be successful because they abide by and fulfill the divine commandments. It is productive to be a doer of the Word of God for besides doing a tremendous good to us, we still have the reward that the Lord gives to those who believe and obey Him. If there is something on which we should pray, asking for it to be granted to us it is the right to understand the will of God and have the grace to fulfill it.

Those who are qualified as righteous are considered workers for God. So when the Lord needs someone to fulfill God’s will, He knows who He can count on. No sooner the righteous receives the divine guidance than he gets into action. In fact, he is always ready and eager to receive more missions. For those who really love God, it will always be a pleasure to serve Him.

The righteous tithe with gladness; they want to thrive so that the church grows and they are good givers. If called to be sponsors or to sponsor someone, they do not argue and do as they are told. At the slightest sign of the Holy Spirit, they pray for the lost, evangelize and speak of salvation with the greatest satisfaction.

The righteous do the work as if their lives depended on that. So everything goes well for them. And it is God who says so; this decree is very clear in the spiritual world. The devil knows that he has to bow before the prosperity and happiness of the righteous because they were determined by the Almighty. There is nothing better than having the diploma of doer of the divine justice. If you still cannot be considered as such, pray for the Lord not to leave you out of this blessed group.

They eat the fruit of their doings. What a blessing it is to enjoy what your hand produces! You should not eat the fruit of someone else’s labor, but only what is given by God, so do not fail to enjoy what has been given to you. Do not let sloth hold you back and do not be idle. If the work you do is not top-notch, you will certainly not have a good harvest.

Everything goes wrong to the wicked because they do not respect what is written in the Word and do not heed the Lord’s calling. They are always entangled in problems, debts, troubles and as a result the forces of evil oppress them because there is no one to deliver them. The wicked have no way of escape from the foulness of the enemy.

The reason for the wicked to suffer is based on the same principle God uses for the righteous: they eat the fruit of their doings. If you have, until now, not bothered to honor God by obeying the divine will for your life, isn’t it about time you start caring about your spiritual situation? God will hear you if your prayer is sincere.
