The King’s strength also loves justice; You have established equity; You have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob. Psalms 99:4

When we treat all with respect, we are uplifted in the presence of the King of kings, because we should always do what is pleasing to His eyes. Would the Lord, who doesn’t treat people differently, be happy if we despised a brother (James 2:1)? Certainly not. All people should be accepted between us. Prejudgments and preconceptions have no Biblical basis.

When we approve or disapprove someone without guidance from the righteous Judge, we fail. Every sin separates us from Him (Isaiah 59:2). Many aren’t vigilant and are taken away by lack of equity. Later, they can’t understand why their prayers aren’t answered! If we treat people with indifference, they will walk away from the Lord.

Lack of equity is one of the weapons of the accuser to establish chaos on Earth. Even families are divided because of that. When sons fight against fathers, the home is disrupted. The same happens at church when it is fragmented into blocks, when members lose their love for the unsaved and turn the church into an elite club.
