With the power and authority given to us by God, we can reach the world with the message of the cross, as Jesus demonstrated in ministering to the lost, the sick, and so many in need of divine help. We need not fear, but rather, with faith and determination, proclaim to the suffering that the same Jesus who worked in the past is at work today. This is how the Bible speaks of the Savior: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13.8).
Christ spared neither time nor power. Wherever His presence was needed, He was there to carry out the Father’s commands successfully. The Master said: I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me (John 5.30). We should act the same way and tell everyone about the mission we have received from the Lord and the prerogatives He has given us to represent Him!
The fact that we have discovered the Truth in Christ shows that God has lit our lamp and expects us not to put it out. We have been made into the light of the world to illuminate and bring out of darkness those who seek Jesus (Matthew 5.14). There is nothing to fear, because the Lord is faithful. The disciples departed, and the Savior collaborated with them: And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen. (Mark 16.20).
The authority received when we become new creation will never be taken away from us. Thus, the enemy will never disturb us or disobey us, when we command him to leave whomever he inhabits and destroys. Like the seventy disciples, it will also happen to us: Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.” (Luke 10.17). They went to heal the sick, but they discovered more!
Because we are light in the Lord (Ephesians 5.8), we have the anointing to set the captives free and to heal the weak and sick. Therefore, we will never stumble or give up on our calling. We just have to be steadfast in carrying out God’s command, for He will gladly accompany us to see our action against the forces of darkness. This is what Jesus declared: And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. (Luke 10.18). The Christian, when carrying out his duty, can count on the Lord’s help at all times.
Where is the lampstand to put our already lit lamp? Without the light, people are overwhelmed by problems. That is why the Lord sends us to them, in order to set them free and teach them to live the Truth that sets them free (John 8.32). Without making our light shine, no one will prove that Jesus is the only one who can give salvation. But if we act in His Name, the light He gives us will change many lives. Be firm in your faith, and the Lord will help you in your task!
Christians must understand the privileged position that accompanies them wherever the Father sends them. They must proceed quite differently from those who claim to be followers of Jesus, showing themselves to be true servants of God, born again, and not mere religious storytellers. Those faithful to the Lord are the light that the lost need to be healed, delivered, and saved. Believe and do the work!
In Christ, with love,

Lord! We are the lamps that You light to enlighten the people and to give deliverance to those who walk in darkness and, therefore, live oppressed by the forces of the region of the shadow of death. We have the solution to any torment!
We have been enlightened, lit with a very noble purpose, which goes beyond what the oppressed can think. In the Name of Jesus, we set the afflicted free with a simple, blessed command spoken before You. We will do Your work!
Those who are entering Your house to receive Your gifts, when they see our light shining before them, without fear or failure, they will believe that they will obtain healing, deliverance, and the forgiveness of sins. You are the only Lord!
