03/04/2015 - THE LORD DOES NOT FORGET THE COVENANT

(for the LORD your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.  Deuteronomy 4:31

If there’s one thing you should never forget about God is that He is merciful. However, the Christian religion, with its various denominations, has done a great harm to society by conveying the image of a vengeful and cruel God who’s always ready to throw sinners in Hell. In fact, what the Most High desires is to save all the lost (I Timothy 2:3-4).

Why making up an image of the heavenly Father when we can portray Him as He is? How many millions of people have stopped going to church because they have been taught that once they fall into sin, there won’t be forgiveness for them? Other people indulge in wrongdoings in order to make their ends meet instead of turning to the Most High. It is sad to know what wrong messages have caused to the fate of many people.

Tell the backsliders that God will not forsake them even if they have gone far because through the work accomplished on the Calvary, they are free to return to the Father’s arms, forgetting about their failures. Because of the great sacrifice on the cross, Jesus today is your lawyer and pleads your cause. In order to save you, the Lord took your burden upon Himself. Believe that He will never forsake you.

The damage that the masters of “self-righteousness” cause to the hearts of those who stumbled and fell are greater or worse than the evil done by outlaws against innocent and helpless people. Such preachers don’t consider the consequences of their words when they say that God punishes those who fall and that there’s no way out for them. Even in the days of the Law, Moses wrote that the Lord would not destroy His people!

The Almighty will never forget the covenant he made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Jesus came to confirm it by giving Himself as the Lamb of God who was slain on the Calvary of the altar, so that today He may work in favor of those who seek God’s forgiveness. So do not be deceived by the enemy, but rather make amends with your Maker.

What kind of God do you have? There is only one and He is merciful. Now feel how much the Lord loves you and, without fear or doubt, open your heart to Him, confessing your sins. He will forgive you; He will surround you with His goodness and won’t let you be destroyed. The Almighty never forgets what He’s done for you; therefore, be firm in your position in Christ and you will see that this is exactly what was missing for you to be blessed.

If your heart was moved with this message, know that God is even more thrilled with your surrender. The Most High wants to forgive your sins right now. He wants to cleanse you from all evil and grant you His wonderful Holy Spirit. Be forgiven, saved and filled with the divine Spirit, in the name of Jesus.

In Christ with Love

Most High God! How good it is to know Your Word, for only then man is freed from the lies that Satan has spread about You. He’s trying to turn You into something that You are not. You are and will always be a merciful God, compassionate and good for everyone.

How wonderful it is to know that You will never forsake us or destroy us. Lord! Hearing it from Your mouth fills us with joy and assurance that we will never be victims of Your wrath. See how many people are praying now. They accept your Word and ask you to give them a chance.

I cannot preach another gospel, unless I wanted to be cursed. I know that one day there will be a judgment, but today there is compassion and forgiveness. Father, save and regenerate those who confess how much they love You and are satisfied with your help.
