Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?

II Peter 3: 11; 12

The biblical text above shall be fulfilled according to the plans of The Lord. Though all nations try to use all sorts of absurd training means such as their atomic weaponry, and even if they dare to fabricate others, they will not be able to prevent the triumphant coming of The King of kings. In fact, everything that men can ever work out on their own will come down to nothing as opposed to the glory to be revealed on that day on which God will put an end to all those engineering artefacts and the outcome will be proportionally mightier than a tiny ant wrestling against a trillion elephants.

Bearing that in mind, what sort of people should we be since the future will be nothing else but the thorough revelation of the holiness of The Lord? Well, we need to get ready not to miserably keep lingering around here. Therefore, do not fool around with holiness and do get wickedness and evil out of your heart. Use the True Water – The very Word of God – to cleanse your mind from all filth and do not let any evil thought or feeling make a dwelling in your inner being because one thing is certain: God will not have mercy on those who despise His holy warnings (Proverbs 19: 16).

There is only one way of escaping that dreadful day which is coming upon mankind: living in holy conduct and godliness (I Peter 1: 16). Therefore, do not play games with your salvation! Young men and women are daily losing their lives on account of that error and none of their dearest ones had expected them passing away that soon! How many of them were giving themselves to prostitution or sex out of marriage? They will, regrettably, not be able to see The Lord (Matthew 5: 8; Hebrews 12: 14) and they will experience the second death (Revelation 21: 8).

The Holy Text tells us to be looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God. I have to call your attention here, once again, to the fact that you should not fool around with the holiness of The Lord! Cleanse yourself from all trash! Do not make room for lustful thoughts in your heart! (Jeremiah 4: 14; Psalm 49: 3; Luke 2: 35); do keep on waiting and longing for The Day of The Lord! Do not fail to take good care of your training and you are to always be dressed up with the stunning clothing He has granted you! Get ready the sooner the better so that Day will not catch you up unprepared lest you be joining the team of those who are lost. Get ready to join the saved ones’ instead!

There are no other words to describe the Greatest Event mankind will ever be witnessing: The glorious Day of our redemption. On that occasion, our struggles will cease and we will be dwelling along with The Holy Lamb perennially – as long as we have indeed paid heed to His warnings. Now, look out! Because there will be no second chance. Therefore, you ought to make amends with The Most High right now! What is the point of putting that decision off? If you do so you are risking finding shut the very door which is graciously opened to you now!

Mankind has never witnessed such a spectacular, magnificent and unmatched event as the one which will take place on the coming of Christ (Deuteronomy 12: 1; Mark 13: 19); according to II Peter 3: 11, 12 all galaxies and its planets will be on fire and the elements will melt with fervent heat. Everything will be reduced to a single mass and there will be no hidden place undiscoverable and dismantled. Then, all hiding strategies worked out by men to allow fleeing will be altogether destroyed by the fire of God, so nothing will be left here.

As The Almighty opens up our understanding of The Word, He invites us to take possession of our ownership previously announced to us. Thus, those who turn down the divine invitation will not only lose what has been graciously given to them, but they will also go through eternal suffering. Therefore, participating in the salvation and the blessings that come along with that Greater Act of goodness from The Most High is the best choice to go for. Be wise and take possession, at once, of what is being announced to you before the fire has consumed everything. Where do you expect spending eternity?
