Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.  Ephesians 3.20

The faith that God gives us after listening to His Word makes us understand Him as the Almighty God. But it is through the revelation of the Scriptures that we receive the understanding that makes us love our own souls, taking away from them negative and indecent thoughts, lascivious desires, and other evil things. Therefore, be firm in the understanding that was given to you and pray to the Lord so that you may receive your complete deliverance.

The person that does not study the Bible has an immeasurable loss, since faith does not come to his heart, and therefore, this person is not able to believe in the Most High and his great deeds. Although God is Omnipotent, if there is any sin in a person’s heart, He will not be able to answer the person’s requests. Sin separates us from the Lord (Is 59.2).

There are no reasons for the children of God to be stuck in any suffering, for Jesus promised to set the oppressed free (Is 61.1). He guaranteed that whoever is freed by Him is truly free (Jo 8.36). Then, why should someone be tormented by the forces of darkness if we can live as if the enemy did not exist? With little understanding of what the Eternal can do to you, you may live without worrying.

Look at your privilege as a Christian: He who created all the Universe lives in you. He is powerful to do much more than you think or ask in your favor (Ep 3.20). However, it is necessary for His power to be operating in your life. On the contrary, if sin is operating in your life, you will not be able to see the Most High’s works. Why not make good use of this special moment to get rid of your suffering?

Our lack of knowledge of what God can do for His children prevents us from enjoying good things. There are people suffering unnecessarily for this one fact: the lack of knowledge of whom they are in Christ, not knowing what they can do, and not knowing that God is powerful to do much more for them. Those who let themselves be involved and blessed by the divine power will certainly see the Lord surprising them with His wonders.

Those who walk according to the light of the revelation of the Word discover that it is really easy to live being free from the enemy. These people are always positive, joyful, and at the same time, bold. They are bold because as soon as the evil one threatens them, they seek to paralyze and defeat him, using the weapons of justice from the Lord. This is the way that the Lord wants us to live.

Strive to consecrate yourself to God, for the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour you (1 Pe 5.8). Your life might start changing now if you give the most important step: not giving place to the devil (Eph 4.27). Therefore, surrender to the Most High with all your being. Then, you will put His power into action, for your own good.
