You have a mighty arm; strong is Your hand, and high is Your right hand.

Psalm 89:13

What a privilege was given to the psalmist because he was shown what our God is like. You must be aware of the fact that such prerogative is also given to all members of the family of Christ. That very thing you understand to be The Lord’s wish for your life and what He can do for you is like a picture of His. If we believe in what is being revealed we will be able to determine what we’ve understood to belong to us. Everything that God can do for us is recorded in the Scriptures.

The arm of the Lord is mighty to save, and to give us peace and to put those who trust in Him in safety. It feels really good to know we don’t need to do anything, absolutely anything, for the divine power to work in our favour. We only have to believe and demand all evil to get out or the accomplishment of what is necessary. Joshua’s episode as he commanded the sun to stand still over Gibeon and the moon over the valley of Aijalon sets the example in that those who are in communion with God can be used indeed (Joshua 10:12, 13).

With His arm whose power is enormous, God created the Heavens and Earth. There are billions of stars in each galaxy and it’s said that there are billions of galaxies across the whole universe. In order to deliver the children of Israel from the bondage of Egypt He used His arm and His hand. That deliverance symbolizes our leaving the empire of darkness, but the great tragedy in a Christian’s life takes place when he doesn’t deem to be important anything that the Lord has done to benefit him.

The Most High’s hand is so strong that Jesus did not use it fully to expel demons because He knew that just the little finger of God was enough. The power that was upon Him lies also upon all those baptized by The Holy Spirit. Now, those who haven’t gone through such baptism must seek to receive it because, this way, they will be able to defeat the powers of darkness.

The good news is that the mighty hand of the Lord is not shortened as not to be able to save, on the contrary, it is continually at work in favour of all those that cry out for the divine favour (Isaiah 59:1). Right now, if you believe in what the Word says and, with faith, if you go for His promises to you the Lord will surely work on your behalf.

The strength our Father has and which is available to us is very strong and it is above all evil power, that is the reason why the children of God must not be frightened when it comes to going for what belongs to them. The devil knows that when we use The Name of Jesus, the power of the Most High begins working as it carries out what we have determined. Be strong now and go for the battle because those things you demand in the Name of Jesus, He will surely accomplish.

Those who serve God hold a power which is absolutely matchless. Therefore, you are to be daring at believing in those things that, through The Word, The Lord declares to belong to you. Be firm in your determinations and see that, truly, all things are possible for those who believe (Mark 9:23). Our Father is mighty and unbeatable.
