There are phases in life when it seems that our friends, colleague, relatives, and even those who have helped us turn their back on us, and we feel forsaken. When that happens, the best thing is not to complain about their evil, for this will only increase our pain. It is even good that, if they are evil, they should stay away from us, because if they cannot help us, at least they won’t make our suffering worse.

Jesus said that the devil came to kill, so we can be certain that he is always setting up traps against us. Now, we must watch and pray that we do not fall in the traps set against us. Now, if we are in Christ and He is in us, whenever we feel that something comes against us, we must ask for the divine help, using our rights and destroying the wicked plan.

The demons, servants of the devil, spread lies about us to those who do not fear God. Many people, though they have never talked with us, open their mouths and speak evil against us. Pushed by the forces of darkness, they do not measure efforts to attack us. However, as soon as we know about their evil actions, we must bless them and not consider their attitudes.

These people’s words are pernicious and will do us harm if we listen to them or repay in the same way. Those who are manipulated by evil spirits are always imagining deceptions to harm us. As we have already seen, they are fed by Hell, which uses them. The secret is to be like a deaf person, not to hear, and like a mute person, not to open your mouth. Do not let yourself be ensnared by anything that is evil.

Discipline yourself not to answer to insults, so that you may never participate in a situation in which the origin belongs to the enemy. It is better to be like a deaf man and never let your lips replicate evil conversations. Then, using your authority in the Name of Jesus, paralyze the works from Hell. Enter into prayer and speak it all with the Lord. Then, when you are in His presence, determine the end of evil and consider it done.

After you give an order, do not pay attention to what the devil will speak to you directly or through someone else, because everything that he wants is to drive you from the Lord’s presence and lead you where he can destroy you. You belong to God and must not leave such a position. In all things, behave like a victorious person! Then, you will see how much your position in Christ is superior to all the plans and desires from Hell.

A Christian should not listen to what is worthless. However, if he listens to an offense and replicates it against his offender, in his mouth there will also be wrong, and then he will suffer from the evil one’s attacks. Whoever is in Christ should never leave to face the demon, but continue as fulfiller of the work in the Lord.
