God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will?

Hebrews 2: 4

Miracle is a subject extremely holy and precious considering that without such divine operation we would not know which way is The True One. Members of a variety of religions speak about the creators or their organizations with great delight, although they do not get anything from them in return. Yet, those who listen to The Word of God do not embrace any philosophy because they are enlightened by The Truth and that is the reason why they are delivered from all suffering – after all, Truth performs deliverance (John 8: 32)!

The deliverance of someone who is being dominated by a demon is something utterly important. No one who has experienced that can say they do not believe in The Lord considering that when they see the two opposite powers (good and evil) wrestling against each other, it is impossible to hear them say that they have not seen God and the devil in a battle. The devil struggles to remain in that body as opposed to the divine power which aims at delivering that life from the clutches of Satan.

The signs, the miracles and the other wonders that Jesus operates are witnesses given by Him of The Truth. We must not preach The Word to anyone, whoever they might be, without the manifestation of the divine power considering that he who is born of flesh remains being so (John 3: 6 a). Only those who have experienced the goodness of The Lord really begin loving Him with all their heart.

Since the beginning of ages The Almighty has been working on men’s behalf. Why would He act any different today? God provided Adam and Eve with the fig leaves with which they made themselves coverings (Genesis 3: 7); as He destroyed the world in Noah’s days, He placed in the clouds His rainbow as proof that the world was not to be destroyed by water again (Genesis 9: 13). In the days of Jesus here on earth, The Most High continued operating to show us what He will be doing even today.

If our Master had not performed signs and healed the sick and delivered the oppressed how would we know that His message is true? Today, more than ever, preachers need to be covered up with the heavenly power and they need to use it in order to testify The Gospel.

When John the Baptist, arrested in the prison, was doubting whether Jesus was The One to come or not, he then sent for his heralds to go and ask Him about that, Christ, at that point, gave an unquestionable proof by saying: “Go and let John know what you have seen and heard: the blind will see; the lame will walk, the lepers will be cleansed, the deaf will hear, the dead will rise and The Gospel will be preached to the poor.” (Luke 7: 22).

That is the answer that everybody is looking for their questions. Only with real proofs someone may actually get converted. Therefore, the Church needs to stop testing formulas made by men and, in some cases, even those worked out by demons. That does not convince people from The Truth; it can only get some out of deceit, at best, only to put them into another one considering that only The Gospel is capable of giving everybody full salvation!
