When we hear something or pray, we should look to the Word and take our stand as we understand it. From then on, we do not have to be neutral, praying that, if it is God’s will, the Most High will do that for us. If we have His direction and are doubtful, we will give the devil room to do his work. Do not act contrary to the Scriptures!
As you know the Lord’s purpose on any subject, assume it without hesitation, because He would never speak anything out of the Truth. Those who listens to God for guidance and disobeys Him are in sin. Now, by revealing to us His will, He is saying that He is ready to do that. So the attitude of those who respect Him is to agree with Him, without allowing the devil to interfere.
From Jesus’ statement, it is clear: There is a spiritual battle of great importance right after we have consulted the Lord, even if only in our heart. You cannot hear the Truth and doubt it. If we do this, we will despise He who advises us at all times. Whenever we come to God, we will have His assistance; but if we do not accept it, we will support the lie.
Anyone will change when they turn to the Word. Therefore, when you have the “yes” or “no” of the Lord, don’t ever accept any other suggestion, because, as Jesus said, For whatever is more than these is from the evil one. (Matt. 5:37). What contradicts the Truth, and God’s Word is the Truth, should not be investigated. The devil is so harmful that if anyone gives him a chance to expose or defend his sayings, he will be contaminated.
The Creator of all things is perfect, without any trace of evil. Everything He speaks is genuine, and would never leave you unanswered. The secret is to examine the Bible. If you need to make a decision, pray firmly and read the sacred pages. Observe what you will feel as you do this. God will speak to you!
We see this in the daily life of Jesus. He was in the synagogue of Nazareth where he was raised, and they gave Him the Book of the Law to read. As he opened the scroll, the highlighted text was Isaiah 61. After reading the prophetic account, He felt that it spoke of His ministry. Then he handed the manuscript to the minister, sat down, and began to say that this part had just been fulfilled before the ears of all present. Do the same as Christ did!
We should walk with God, meditating on the Scriptures, and praying that we will not be tempted. Your future can be beautiful if you let the Lord guide you. At this time, what will you do? Decide never to be carried away by the accuser’s lies, and the Most High will assist and honor you!
In Christ, with love,

God of the holy and invariable Word! Thank you for instructing us. We do not want to make decisions without your command. Once we understand Your direction, we will not let the enemy confuse us.
Thank you for your assistance every time we look at you. Peter saw that he had done no good when you looked at him in the Roman court after the rooster crowing. Give us your look, and we will know what to do or say.
It is so good to count on You to do Your good and perfect will! We will accept nothing from the enemy; we will serve only You. With Your teachings we are overcomers. Amen!
