11/10/2023 - THEY HAVE CONTINUED WITH ME THREE DAYS

I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat.   Mark 8.2

It is important to be with Jesus, because besides the faith that will arise in our hearts when we listen to the Word, we will receive the revelations of the Lord, if we believe and take hold of them. On Christ’s part there will never be a “no” to what is revealed to us, but a “yes”, so that the Father may be glorified in Him (John 14.13). Whoever does not pay attention to this fact will be praying all the time without receiving the blessings asked for. Now, if we are not going to be answered, why do we cry out? Pray, believe and receive!

Imagine how much those people learned from the Master by listening to Him for three days. Consider how much you lose by not taking the time to sit at the feet of Christ, to receive the right teaching in your heart. Wisdom can only be imparted to you through the Word (Psalm 111.10). To despise the Bible is to obey the devil, who will not miss a chance to put evil in your life. Believe me: knowing the Truth is the secret!

Our Savior is compassionate: He sympathizes with man’s needs. Jesus knows that it is not enough to be well fed spiritually, for while we are on Earth we must eat the food created by Him for our good. The Master’s heart wants to see us in good health and holiness, so never let anything sinful nestle in you. Otherwise, you will be reproached in the faith (1 Corinthians 9.27). Follow the Lord’s teachings!

Those people were brave. After three days of an intensive “seminar”, the crowd didn’t budge. Jesus knew that there was nothing left to eat; the supply of food brought by the people had run out. So, the Master provided the food they needed. Think about it, the Lord knows our needs and will supply them if we pray to Him. God has compassion on us, so why don’t we ask for His help?

In the song that Mary sang when she was chosen as the Savior’s mother, she prophesied about the help that Jesus would give to those who asked Him: He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich He has sent away empty. (Luke 1.53). Whoever is hungry and thirsty for the Bread that came down from Heaven and for the Water that truly satisfies, can and should ask for them, because the Lord will surely answer. The heavenly Father is the Fulfiller of all the promises contained in the Bible!

Let the multitudes who need to be fed with the Bread of Heaven come: no one will be left out. Our mission is to speak of the promises, highlighting the fact that God has never left anyone deprived of food. He gives everyone the food that remains for eternal life. The greater the crowd, the greater the grace and power of the Most High, so that the Father will be glorified in the Son. To God be all glory!

On the other hand, how many people have been in the Lord’s flock and have been “set free” from the narrow gate and the narrow way, to experience the wide door (Matthew 7.13,14)! Go running to the Lord’s feet: His compassion has not diminished nor has it run out. Even now, the Savior wants to give you what you need to serve God. In Jesus, you truly find yourself!

In Christ, with love,

God, the Provider of our needs! You are such a Lord, with so many things to take care of every second, and yet You have compassion on those who are learning by Your side and feel hungry! This thrills us to the point of raving about Your goodness!

That crowd had understood that the most important thing was the spiritual bread, which when "swallowed" would feed people so that they would no longer feel hungry. We want to reach that level and learn from You without looking at the clock or looking for a bed!

We need to eat, but in Your presence there is fullness of joy, which our souls long for. We want to reach that point of sitting at Your feet and enjoying as much as we can of the Truth, which will set us free. Thank You, Father!
