30/07/2014 - WALK IN THE WAY OF OBEDIENCE

You shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God has commanded you, that you may live and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess. Deuteronomy 5.33

Man has free will to decide if he will believe in God, in the devil or in himself. However, the worst decision he can make is not choosing the first option. If he believes in the devil, he will be on the liar, bad character and deceiver’s side, whose purpose is to steal, kill, and destroy (Jn 10.10a). If he believes in himself, he will see his conclusions are empty of power and like clouds without rain. The faith for the one who doesn’t believe in God doesn’t work.

The right thing is to pay attention to what you feel when listening to the preaching of the Word, reading the Bible or praying. Everything the Most High tells you must be done straightly; thus, you will never regret. When a person despises the Word of God, he is not considering his own life and he will perish. Therefore, never consider what the devil says when he states the Lord’s plan for your life has changed.

What you have felt in the beginning of you journey will always be His same purpose for your life. As time goes by, with your spiritual maturity, He will increase the revelation given; therefore, never change it for anything else. The Father knows what to do and, for being Omniscient, He doesn’t make mistakes. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (He 13.8).

The revelation from the Most High is a commandment to be received joyfully. When obeying it, you learn simple things, but at the same time, very important things. It is not good to put aside what the Holy Spirit teaches you; so, obey His direction because, when putting in action what was said, you will understand better the Lord God’s paths for your life.

When doing what the Most High commands, in fact you are living. Then, your spirit enlightens, filled with courage and bravery. This way, you can cast out all evil sent to make you suffer. When commanding in the Name of Jesus to be fulfilled that which was revealed to you, you put the power of the Lord working on your behalf. Therefore, many things that disturbed you will simply disappear.

Quantas pessoas eram firmes na igreja e viviam falando do amor de Deus, mas, hoje, não mais têm interesse em estar na casa de Deus? Muitos que perderam o desejo de buscar a presença divina já não oram mais, e alguns estão no pecado rasgado. Por que fizeram isso? Por não se importarem em andar nos caminhos que o Pai celeste lhes mostrou.

For those who don’t give importance to God´s commands, it is impossible to be successful. But being obedient you will see that the promise of being successful will come, even if you haven’t realized it. Those who fulfill the purpose of the Lord see that He cares for their life.

How many people were in church and talked about God’s love but, today, have no interest in being in God’s house? Many people who lost the desire to seek the divine presence don’t pray anymore, and some have fallen into sin. Why did they do that? Because they did not bother to walk in the way the heavenly Father showed them.
