01/07/2014 - WHAT GOD WANTS YOU TO KNOW

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations. The LORD is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does. Psalm 145.13 – NIV

There are many things about the Lord of which he wants us to be one hundred percent sure. First, he wants us to know that He is faithful. This means that our Father wants man to know that, on his side, there is no impediment for his works do be done whenever necessary. All stories recorded in the Bible, with everything that was done by the Most High in the past, aim to strengthen our faith, so that we may demand the things we need today.

Because he is faithful, God will never fail to honor the faith he has given you, provided that you take heed to his Word. Therefore, believe that what you feel when reading, hearing or meditating on the Scriptures will be done in your life. Religious people like to recite back to the Lord what his Word says—as if he could forget it. But what we really need to do is believe in what he says, instead of paying attention to the symptoms.

He keeps the covenant made with us through his Son’s death on the cross, and that should speak louder than anything else. If God delivered his only begotten Son to die in our place, wouldn’t he fulfill that in which we believe? If the Most High does not confirm what faith says that it belongs to you, what would be his position? You can be sure this will never happen, because God keeps all his promises.

God also keeps his mercy. Actually, it was his mercy that made him look at us and pay such a high price in order to deliver us from sin and the trifles of everyday life. The Lord has never-ending mercy on man. However, it is necessary that we do our part, which is to thank him for his mercy, and, by standing firm in faith, demand that all evil leave our lives. Those who learn this truth are freed by it when they use the name of Jesus to cast out of their lives everything that is not good.

Jesus was very clear in John 14.21, when he said: “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me.” If you spend the whole day praying, reciting Bible verses back to the Lord, waiting for him to come and heal you, you will get disappointed. It is necessary to have his commandments and follow them. When you demand that the devil takes everything that belongs to him and leave your life, you are showing God that you truly love him.

The Almighty God is faithful to keep all his promises. In addition, nothing pleases him more than seeing his children believing in what he says. In view of that, why not use this moment to get rid of all evil in your life? Put your faith into practice, and believe that your order will be honored by heavenly powers. This is the moment for you to get rid of the malady that is afflicting you. Be strong and take your position in Christ.

In Christ, with love,

Lord, creator and sustainer of all things, how comforting it is to know that your kingdom is everlasting, that everything was created by you, and that you sustain all things! To know that you do not change gives us the assurance that our future will be wonderful.

What is even better is that you are faithful to keep all your promises. This guarantees the fulfillment of that which is revealed to us, even when a word seems insignificant or does not seem to have much to do in us or for us. But the truth is that your word has power to solve all our problems, and it will never fail.

Do not allow your people to hesitate in casting away whatever seems to be good, but comes from a questionable source. Because you are holy in all that you do, such thing could never come from you, and, instead of helping us, it will undoubtedly cause us harm.
