06/12/2020 - WHAT MOTIVATES MOST PEOPLE?

Again, I saw that for all toil and every skillful work a man is envied by his neighbor. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind. Ecclesiastes 4:4

Whoever serves God must lay their desires before Him, lest they be filled with envy, which is a desire to have or use someone else’s inspiration or belongings. The Scriptures warn us: envy is rottenness to the bones of man – physical, moral or spiritual (Proverbs 14:30). Therefore, don´t allow yourself to be possessed by this feeling, which comes from the enemy. Obey the Lord!

People with certain gifts strive to do their work beautifully and perfectly. Others are driven by the spirit of competition and, since they do not have the same creative ability, they steal the inspiration from others. Now, everyone has talents given by the Creator that must be developed.

Use your skills without wanting profit or applause for what doesn’t belong to you. Undoubtedly, during life, the envious will resent his wrongdoing. Although nobody notices it, he knows that he took what belonged to the other. Now, it is better to have a clear conscience, even if you have not been seen as someone with a special ability. God is just to give the reward you deserve.

Lack of fear can lead a person to act criminally, but the children of God never give in to the enemy. What matters is to live free in every way. Whoever does something wrong has no peace, because he feels tormented by the thought that he will be discovered. May you be someone others can trust! Thus, God will honor you!

No one came into the world without being planned by the Most High. Certainly, everyone’s original desire contains good things, for the Creator is good. He made things available to us that we will only discover when we are fully in His plans, living freely to obey His purposes. If you do what is bad, you will not be able to enjoy what is meant for you.

When doing something outside the divine will, the person resembles someone who tries to chase the wind. Pursue what is yours, thus, the plan for your life will be fulfilled. Be wise enough to please the Lord; then, He will also delight in you. Being on schedule will make you live free and fulfilled; otherwise, there will only be confusion around you.

The eyes of the Most High are upon you, waiting to see your good actions, to give you more of what is in store for you. However, if you make bad decisions, unclean spirits will manage to influence you, and everything you do will be completely out of the Lord’s will. Turn to God now!

In Christ, with love,

Lord, Deliverer from evil works! We need Your help to get rid of the devil's tricks. We want to give You true praise for Your plan for our life. You are beautiful!

We cannot be motivated by the success of others. We need to improve the skills You have given us. Your plans for us are beautiful. In order to live them all, we have to be in Your presence.

Why do we lose our lives in the devil's deviations, if we can live in true happiness? Thy will be the arbiter of our destiny. In You, we are fulfilled now and forever!
