No saved person should fear tomorrow, because God’s Word says that we will remain in the Lord no matter what. He will keep us and preserve us firm in our faith in Christ. Now, the important thing is to study the Scriptures and meditate on what catches our attention, so that we can come to a good end. We didn’t receive Jesus to do harm to anyone or to society, but rather to speak of His love that frees the oppressed from the devil (Acts 10:38).
In verse 6, which precedes the one we are studying, the sacred writer, thought to be David, states that God would prolong the king’s days. This information not only referred to Jesus, the beloved Son of the Father, but also to the saved, who were made kings and priests by Jesus for God and the Father, as the Word says: And have made us kings and priests to our God, and we shall reign on the earth (Revelation 5:10). Take up your twofold ministry; after all, this work is one of the greatest He has given you. Glory be to God!
Everything that has been written is for our learning. The Lord thought of us when He sent His only Son to die for us on Calvary’s Cross, redeeming us from the slavery of sin. Now we are God’s best. But beware: we have not yet become what we will be – sons in the full sense of the Word (1 John 3.2). So we must give God His due honor by consecrating ourselves and giving people the best that the powers of good can do on our journey!
Knowing that Jesus will stand before God forever cheers our hearts and brings with it the responsibility to live in a manner worthy of the calling we have received from the Lord (Ephesians 4.1ff). Now, it is necessary to use the divine virtue that has been given to us to carry out the same works as Jesus in His days on Earth (John 14:12). I ask you: do you allow the Lord to use your life, or do you hide without talking about God’s love for the sick, the suffering and the lost?
God doesn’t regret His decisions (Romans 11:29), which is why the Son will be seated at the right hand of the Father forever. Therefore, we can understand the salvation accomplished on the Cross as the completion of the work of our restoration. Since no demons will enter Heaven, it can be said that we will never leave eternal happiness. Since there are no evil spirits, we will never be lost. We will live in the Home of the Lord!
The Most High has already prepared mercy and truth for us, which will preserve us from any fall. God has given us the certainty that we will never be cut off from Him, as well as stating that no one will stand before us: No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will not leave you nor forsake you (Joshua 1.5). There is no way the devil can weaken the promises made by the Almighty. The Lord is faithful!
Jesus declared: As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love (John 15:9). There is no difference between the heavenly Father’s love for Christ and the love He has lavished on us. Now, it’s up to us to remain in the love that Jesus received from the Father, or the promise will never come true!
In Christ, with love,

God and Father! We will remain in the love You lavished on Your Son, for it is the same love with which the Savior loved us. You will never abandon us, as long as we are steadfast in You, doing Your will!
Your will is pure and perfect! By obeying Your teachings, we will never be confused or ashamed, so we never want to deny You or make a deal with the enemy!
With Your mercy and truth, we will be preserved and kept under Your mantle. We aim to do good to everyone, passing on the same love You have given us to anyone who hears Your voice. You are amazing, Lord!
