“For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” (Matthew 5:18)
The Word that comes out of God’s mouth is thoroughly empowered by The Most High Himself. It reigns supreme over all situations. I don’t mean only what is registered in the Scriptures, but the understanding we get from them and that draws our attention. There’s enough power in the revelations God gives us to fulfil His promises. So, those who pay heed to what they’re told by Him and take a stand in Christ will certainly experience the same blessings our brethren in the past did. The difference between them and many of us today is that they accepted the Word of God as it is.
The Word of God is the Lord Jesus Himself. He’s the divine Word that became flesh and this is how we must know Him. There’s no power on Earth capable enough to destroy the Word of God or to hinder its operation; it is eternal, unbeatable and irreplaceable, concerning all subjects. If the Lord has spoken, everything is under His control.
Nothing God has affirmed will fail to be fulfilled; His Word is The Light that outshines darkness. It has within itself the power to put its messages into practice and when we believe in the message of the Heavens, we’re opening the way for the Work of God to be performed. Everything will pass away, but the Word of the Lord will never pass. See what He says about you in the Scriptures, believe in it and you’ll have the divine hand operating in your favor. God is what His Word is. He will do exactly what He promises.
Many Christians make the same mistake: all they can see is their hardships. My brethren, don’t measure, with your human reasoning, the divine power contained within the Word revealed to you. The Word of the Lord comes from Above and that’s precisely the reason why it’s more powerful than any other forces which are struggling to defeat you now. Don’t let the devil put you to shame; you’ll find the
strength you need to overcome all battles within the Word sent to you by the Lord.
We tend to forget our promises, but God doesn’t do that. He honors all the Words that come out of His lips. He never said anything out of the blue, but the judgements pronounced by Him work effectively anywhere and under any circumstance. Everything He’s been saying about you can come true today, even at this very moment.
The moment we’re living now gives us a lot of hope since the understanding we’re getting from the divine Word is greater than the understanding mankind had in the past. God’s moving the Heavens and the Earth to fulfill what His lips enunciated. So, do take part in the divine plan. Be fearless and brave; with no shadow of a doubt, the best is yet to come.
