14/10/2016 - WHERE ARE THE DEMONS?

And demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of God!” And He, rebuking them, did not allow them to speak, for they knew that He was the Christ.    Luke 4.41

When ministering to those sick in the body, soul and spirit, Jesus showed that many times, behind a suffering, there is an evil spirit that needs to be cast out. He knew that the demons would reveal who He was, although this work was intended for the Holy Spirit, and not the forces of darkness; therefore, the Master prohibited them from speaking. If He ministered like the preachers did then, no creature of darkness would manifest and the Savior would not be discovered. However, it was worth taking the risk.

The Holy Scripture says that demons came out from many people and those who saw such manifestations of power were marveled, for they had never seen something similar. The word of the Master was full of authority, unlike the scribes and Pharisees, who, although considered themselves doctors of the law and experts in spiritual matters, they did not understand that the Truth was being put into action. Thus, those who were responsible for the misfortunes would have to be cast out once and for all.

The question that must be asked is: where are the demons that are not cast out during the religions meetings? In the people that suffer. Not all of them are demon possessed, to the point of needing someone with authority to cast them out; in many cases, the evil spirits are just oppressors, which doesn’t mean that they don’t need to be expelled. When we pray for the sick, we have to demand the cause of such evil to leave.

Looking over at the biblical cases, we see that not all demons manifested because they didn’t dwell in those people. However, the text of Matthew 9:32,33 tells the story of a mute and demon possessed; Matthew 12:22 tells about another man who was blind and demon possessed; Mark 5:15 talks about a mad and violent man who was delivered from a legion of demons; Mark 9:17-27  tells about a boy who had a deaf and dumb spirit that strived to kill him, among other stories.

Why don’t we see more deliverance such as these? Listen, these are just some examples. However, nothing happens by chance, because for the oppressed to be delivered, it is necessary that the person who is ministering has experience with deliverance, as well as wisdom and anointing. I have seen many cases where preachers were ashamed, just like it happened in Acts 19:13-19.

Besides the work of salvation, Jesus came to teach us to do the work of God; however, unfortunately not all people want to learn with Him, who is gentle and lowly in heart (Matthew 11:29).  This proves that they truly don’t believe in the Lord, after all the Master said that those who believed in Him would do the same works He did (John 14:12).  There is no escape; on the Day of Judgment those who don’t make amends will be accountable for what they did or didn’t do. The same works cause the demons to appear and be cast out.

If demons don’t exist, can it be that the Master was pretending to cast out something unreal? From Go in Mark 16:15 forward, Jesus numbered some signs that would follow those who believed, including the deliverance of the oppressed by evil spirits. Jesus Himself walked through many places doing good to others and healing those oppressed by the devil, for God was with the Savior.

In Christ, with love,

God, the Deliverer! The world would be so different if the preachers began to obey You, and not the religious organizations. Jesus gave us the example of how You expect Your work to be done. Help us fulfill what You have determined.

We have to set free those that are imprisoned in the hands of the demons, unless those who You knew before they were conceived dedicated themselves in doing Your will. May they understand how much they will be accounted for on the day of Judgment, if they don’t obey You.

Wake up the people that are sleeping, that feel they are safe in their positions and don’t want to execute Your orders; for, when they come before You, they will not know what to say. We are aware that the bad servants will be sent to the place where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.
