And the LORD will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.

Deuteronomy 28:11

God has promised a host of blessings to those who believe in His Word and make use of Jesus\’ Name. They cover all stages of human life and are meant for all people. There is no one to whom our God has not provided the best because, as our Father, He loves each one of us equally and, according to His will, everyone receives His answer. What sets us apart, however, is the faith we put in His promises. 

The secret to taking possession of what has been prepared for us is heeding with attention what the Spirit of God teaches us in the Holy Book, fulfilling what we are commanded to do with firmness of purpose. However, he who is deceived by the devil does not give due attention to what is revealed. He will never succeed. Failure to take possession of what the Lord declares to be ours is a fatal error.

The Word says that the blessing will be granted in the fruit of your body. The fruit of your body does not have to do solely with children but the resolve that comes from within your being. So what we say is what we will have. God promises that if we heed what He teaches us, we will have good words to say at the right time, which will make a difference in us and through us.

The blessings also extend to the increase of your livestock, of the people who work for you and help you achieve wealth and possessions. If they are not blessed, they may be a curse instead of a blessing. Those who serve God also tend to the welfare of their animals and care for all those who contribute to a better day to day. However, those who does not fear the Lord are not concerned about the well being of those who help them.

The blessing is completed in the produce of your ground, in your property. The Almighty wants all that belongs to you to be blessed, and for this to come true He blesses even the produce of your ground. How good it would be if all fruits were blessed, wouldn’t it? Then, whatever we bought in the market would be twice as good.

Now all of this is a reality in the land that God gives to those who believe in Jesus, for the blessing of Abraham came to us through the sacrifice of the Son of God at the Calvary. We do not have to do anything to deserve it but only believe what His Word says, making sure to comply with what we are taught.

Believers in Jesus should understand that what they need has been supplied with the death of Christ, our Savior. Thus, all gifts will be granted to us on the land we possess. In fact, this land is the universe of the Lord\’s promises, which relate to you and me.
