27/04/2015 - WHY DO WE SPEAK THE WORDS OF GOD?

For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure. John 3.34

It is very clear to understand the verse above. It teaches us to discern those who say they are from God and think they are a herald, a messenger from the Most High. Since the days of Judas Iscariot the devil finds weak people that fall in temptations. God’s people will show their spiritual credentials that they are servants by performing miracles as Jesus did. 

Many unwise people play with the truth. They don’t understand that one day they will be before the Truth to give an account of their mistakes. The judgment will be so serious that Jesus said if someone has done any wicked act, it would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck (Lk 17.2).

God has sent many of His children to warn each generation. Some of them paid with their own life because they obeyed the Lord. Others were persecuted, imprisoned and tortured. Unfortunately others denied their faith to save their lives. They will regret this decision for all eternity because they will be condemned to the eternal torture.

Those who are truly sent by the Lord have this distinctive mark that is to speak the words of God. These Lord’s saints never admit the mistake, fallacy or Satan’s suggestions because they are rooted on the Scriptures. This is why they are a great blessing for those who listen to them. Wherever they go they perform good deeds and when they leave, they are missed. 

Nobody can speak God’s words or perform something in His work if the Holy Spirit is not inside him. There are charismatic and involving people that have the gift of the word. So, they are capable to convince many people to go to church but they don’t have the anointing that comes from on high. They can’t help them with faith so that they turn their lives to the Lord. God’s work is done with fear and power of the Holy Spirit.

Those who are prepared by the Lord and go to the missionary field can’t have any doubt because the Spirit will use them. He will show the right direction in every area of God’s work. They only have to be sensible to the Lord’s touch and bold in their decisions. The eternal Father will do everything.

The One who was sent by the Father has all the power to make the enemy ashamed because of the anointing that comes from heaven. He can release the fear the enemy puts in people’s lives and perform miracles, signs and prodigies that are required. No servant of God will be ashamed by lack of authority because the Lord is faithful and fulfils His promises.
