Why do you gad about so much to change your way? Also you shall be ashamed of Egypt as you were ashamed of Assyria. 

Jeremiah 2:36

God knows what is good for His children, therefore He shows us the way to be followed so that we can enjoy the best He has created. No doubt, there is nothing better than what He has prepared for us. To reject the orientations from the Most High is the same thing as confessing that you don’t believe in His omniscience and that He is not good, pure and perfect, exactly the opposite of what the Bible says.

To follow the way the Lord shows to us is the best option. Those who don’t decide to accept or accomplish the Father’s will, at the end will see that they went through many unnecessary trials and didn’t get all they wanted. What men imagine or accept outside of God´s Word will never be the best for them. As a perfect Father, He shows to His children the road to eternal joy.

There is no place for our own will when we follow the Lord’s path, because it is narrow and it demands us to squeeze ourselves as we walk. Therefore, let’s leave behind what causes us any damage. In the end, we will arrive free from everything that hinders us, to enjoy the perfect divine plan. To walk in this path is to trust in the omniscient and omnipotent God that, by nature, is love.

His way is the truth and in Him we are guided by the Holy Spirit. If we take a shortcut, consciously or unconsciously, we will soon realize that darkness will involve us, and our soul will become restless. If we continue on this shortcut, we will soon be in a place where sin reigns; a place where peace and communion with the Lord are no more. What’s left is sadness, depression and complete shame in all ways.

By taking a shortcut – a small one or a big one – shame will come upon those who didn’t submit completely to God´s will. Their prayers will not be answered, their decisions will be the worst and nothing else will remain but shame in the material and spiritual world. If you ask something to the Lord and your prayers are not answered, you must make sure that you are really walking in His ways.

To say that you don’t know the will of the Father for your life is worthless. Since the first day you heard the good news, you already knew your mission. If you are against God´s plans you are in a place where the enemy has you in his hands.

Those who want to have a good life, to be free from oppressions and to win every battle, must immediately come back to the path according to the Lord´s direction. To live in rebellion will only bring you misfortunes – and the worst is: if you don’t settle your accounts with God, you will be forever condemned.
