Why do You stand afar off, O Lord? Why do You hide in times of trouble? Psalm 10:1

Man’s affliction leads him to consider that God, the true Father, has abandoned him to his own luck. Well, the Lord declares that He will never leave or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:8). The truth is that we have turned our back towards Him, making decisions without asking for His opinion. Then, when we see ourselves surrounded with problems and necessities, we think that God ran away from us when we most needed His presence.

If we have a small understanding of His Word, we will know that we are always the ones who are wrong. The Most High is perfect in all that He promises and does; therefore, we will never find in Him the slightest mistake or falsehood. The way out to any kind of crisis is to turn ourselves to the Scriptures and meditate on them, analyzing how to proceed. Without a doubt, our wrong attitudes bring all kinds of wrong things. Through Scriptures, we will see the light!

The beginning of our communion with God is clear in the Word: And he went out to meet Asa, and said to him: “Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin. The Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you. (2 Chronicles 15:2). This declaration from Azariah, the son of Obed, explains why we are away from the presence of God. Whoever follows Biblical instructions will never stumble.

When someone abandons the Most High, He abandons them too. So, poor people! Without divine assistance, they can’t overcome the forces of darkness, which will attack and try to destroy them. Now, if they seek the Almighty, He will allow Himself to be found. Therefore, watch if you’re with the Lord or not, because that will determine what kind of life you will live. It is your decision!

As you know, God never decides to abandon man, but He attracts us with bonds of love, He removes our weight and gives us the right food. Walking with the celestial Father, you will never be alone or lost in a maze of evil endeavors, but you can rest assured that you will win the battles. Don’t allow yourself to be taken away by the lies of the enemy. React!

Adam and Eve, the first couple, decided to believe in the devil, breaking the trust that tied them to the Lord. Soon enough, they realized what they did wasn’t good, because shame arose in them, and because of their mistake, they were kicked out of Paradise. Always trust your Creator; that way, you will never find yourself stuck to some spirit of the kingdom of darkness. Walking with God, everything will go well!

If the evil one is oppressing you, don’t blame the Lord for it, but ask Him what made you move away from Him. The Scriptures say that our iniquities push us away from God and our sins cover up His face, so He won’t listen (Isaiah 59:2). However, if you stand firm in Christ, you will draw nearer to the Almighty more and more, and you will live with Him.
