I say, “Keep the king’s commandment for the sake of your oath to God. Do not be hasty to go from his presence. Do not take your stand for an evil thing, for he does whatever pleases him

Ecclesiastes 8:2-3

All the Lord’s statements are like oaths, decrees that will never be changed and His Words are always the most recommended instructions whatever the circumstances, however some people do not pay attention to His Word. Those who despise the divine commandment also despise life and show that they lack respect for the Heavenly guidance. Because God is ubiquitous and knowledgeable of everything, what He approves is always the best choice. Therefore, it is prudent to make every effort to fulfil what the Most High says.
The commandments of the Lord are not only to be followed thoroughly but also to be studied and carefully observed. As we dedicate time meditating on what He speaks, we learn that apart from the duty that is imposed on us the Most High has many revelations which, if missed, will keep us from getting assistance in our daily issues.
God will always fulfil His promises. So, do dedicate time to meditate on His teachings. Our Father established His Son as The Eternal King. With the word from His mouth He created all things, both visible and invisible; those who are known and those still to come to light. It was He who created all the laws of nature and what He states permeated with counselling and wisdom. Besides, there is not – and there will never be – anyone who can find any error or exaggeration in the Words spoken by the Lord. Therefore, who can question Him?
The Most High instructs us to not be hasty in leaving His presence. I understand that, as a Father, He has a lot to tell us – although even the divine silence conveys us precious messages. Therefore, my brethren, do dedicate time talking to Him and make your desires known to Him; tell Him about your temptations and that you do not accept the offerings from the evil one. All you have to do is to be honest and tell Him what really
dwells in your heart and mend your ways according to the statements of His Word.
It is a fact that temptations are real and everybody is likely to be tempted, but we must pay no attention to none of them. Instead, we have to pray and watch out so as not to be caught up in the snares of the devil (Matthew 26: 41). A wrong thought is not something simple or harmless because there is always an agent from hell behind whose mission is to try and pull us down.
So, my brother, if you are being fed with something that goes against the Word of God, do not upset the Lord by insisting on your error; rather, be candid with Him and tell Him everything that is going on in your life. Submit to the Word of the One who is sovereign; the One who does everything as He wishes because His ordinances are not heavy but a blessing that cannot be missed, under no circumstances.
