In the days of John, many people stood up to disseminate false teachings. These false masters used the Name of God, but they had the intention to lead people to error. The Holy Bible teaches us that we must be vigilant so that we don’t miss out on what we have worked for (2 John 1:8,9).
Whoever craves to be happy must believe in the Word and in the victories that it promises us. In all situations where the people of God were defeated, the reason why was always the same: disobedience or reproach to the divine orientation. In the book of Numbers, chapter 13, we read about the episode where Moses sent spies to the land God had promised to His people. There was a promise, so they had to take hold of it.
He who perseveres in doing what Jesus told him to will have the presence of the Lord by his side and will see His promises being fulfilled.
