In Psalm 138 King David shows the secret of his success. He states that he would praise and declare his affection and respect for the Name of the Lord.
The Name of the Lord is known for the kindness and truth that it evokes. His Name brings in itself the capacity to make us recognize our dependence on the Lord despite the fact that we are unworthy of His care. All the things He speaks, happens. “God is not man that He should lie; nor a son of man that He should repent”. (Number 23:19a)
The One who delivered David from all snares and sufferings is the One who’s on your side to hear you; therefore, remember the great Name that did wonders in the past and remains powerful until today.
